Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when membership fees for Audia Music Recordings can be refunded. Please read it before you pay.

1. Membership fee

Your plan is a one-time digital membership fee that unlocks your distribution studio. Because access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once your studio is unlocked.

2. When you can request a refund

• You were charged twice for the same plan (duplicate payment).
• You paid but your account was not unlocked due to a technical error on our side.
• You request within 7 days of payment and have not yet submitted any release for distribution.

3. When refunds are not available

• After you have uploaded or submitted a release for delivery to stores.
• Change of mind after the studio has been used.
• Store rejections or delivery delays caused by the stores (these are outside our control).

4. Royalties

Royalties already earned are paid out per our Terms and are separate from membership refunds.

5. How to request

Email martinmgmt@tutamail.com with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
